Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our support portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the item.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the package.

  Ship the Product

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Replacement
